You seem like a really nice person and most young people have their own burdens without other people's burdens weighing down on them. I know you want to help others and make them better, but why do you solely take it upon yourself? Others can help you more than you realise. It doesn't have to weigh entirely weigh on you :)

Exams, Embers and Emphasis
So this weekend has been sandwiched by four exams, I am trying to work hard on getting it all right but I know that I will be pulled aside to look after the people I care about, and they are all the people reading these words. I want to be able to relax knowing that I have reached out far enough to make a difference.
With some things in life, all you can really do is try your hardest and hope...
